The Clocktower Lofts in San Francisco and the Emeryville Warehouse are two award winning projects that have greatly rewarded the residents and entrepreneurs that they drew from throughout the Bay Area. Like the Pacific Cannery Lofts promise to be, the Clocktower and Emeryville Warehouse were the start of a movement in their neighborhoods, becoming an integral part of the flourishing SOMA and Park Avenue neighborhoods that we know today.
Having worked from offices located in both projects, the Holliday team has an insider's understanding of the community ideal, and continues to push its former limitations, having created nearly a dozen award-winning projects in the last two decades.
